Our team brings together a rich background in managing, launching, and scaling restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and food courts across both the UK and Portugal. We’re not just consultants. We’re operators at heart.
We’re all-rounders with a sharp eye for service, structure, and sustainability. We speak the language of chefs, managers, landlords, and founders. And we’re here to bring clarity, performance, and growth to every space we touch.
Over the years, we’ve led high-volume restaurants with teams of over 70, managed multi-site operations with more than 100 staff across casual dining and QSR formats. We’ve created health-forward food concepts from scratch and turned cafés into full-service restaurants through smart rebranding, layout transformation, and complete shifts in guest flow and service style.
We’ve done the gritty, necessary work of implementing systems: stock control software, SOPs, customer journey redesigns, cost optimization, and new team structures. We’ve supported the growth of brands not just operationally, but strategically—engineering menus, defining pricing, and advising on site selection. We’ve even partnered with shopping mall developers to craft and expand entire F&B zones, aligning cuisine mix with consumer needs to drive higher average tickets and better guest satisfaction.
